Note: 1+ pax does not apply to rail sector bookings, must be a Sundowners Small Group Journey or brochured/customized Independent Adventure.

Incentive applies to all Vodkatrain group journeys.

China Rail Packs, Speakeasy and Add Ons listed on page 15 of the 2007 / 2008 booking are excluded.

Notes:

1. Bookings must be made within a 12 month period.
2. Free (or discounted) travel to be commenced within 12 months of eligibility.
3. Client bookings must be deposited to be valid.
4. To receive a discount, agents must complete application (see page 2).
5. A written confirmation of return to work (in a selling position) from agency manager is also required (see page 2).
6. Agent must be part of the travelling party.
7. All above rates are non-commissionable.
8. Agents must be selling staff (consultants) or office managers in a full or part time position. Casual staff not applicable.
9. The booking process and requirements will be the same. Invoice to be adjusted to show discount
